  Go here on my way to the Oregon Shakespeare Festival in Ashland every year to eat lunch. Very secluded while still being close enough to the highway to be convenient. In late September it is unfortunately mostly dry, but there were still several dozen waterfowl and other large birds in clear sight of the parking area where I ate.
